Will my jewelry look exactly like the photographs?
We aim to show each piece as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different because of lighting and screen settings. Jewelry featuring patterned stones or other naturally varied components may also differ slightly from the photographs. Please refer to the product description for details about the piece you are purchasing.
What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Please contact us promptly at service@ybwbdd.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I return my order?
You may request a return for an eligible item within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact customer service before sending an item back.

How much does shipping cost?
Orders of $65 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders under $65 have a $7.99 shipping fee. The applicable charge will be shown at checkout before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. After dispatch, estimated delivery takes 7–15 business days, for an estimated total of 8–18 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary because of holidays or carrier delays.
